Food is always consistent and good. Their fish fry is great, always someplace I go when I come home to visit family to get my Fish Fry Fix. Also have a variety of other foods, including sandwishes, salads and pizzas, if Fish Fry is not your thing. Also has Gluten Free options. Just ask!

We were passing through Sheboygan Falls and decided to grab a bite to eat before more time in the car. We entered the desolate bar, barely greeted by a brunette woman. It felt like we were an inconvenience to her, although she was doing absolutely nothing. I had a chicken cordon blue panini. It was very tasty. The bartender/server never once asked how everything was, neither did the chef/owner as he came from the kitchen to replenish his drink behind the bar and meet with vendors. We were never thanked for our patronage! Unfortunately, first impressions are lasting impressions. I speak from years of experience in the industry. All the best to this establishment.

Food is absolute crap. Frozen, slap in the deep fryer crap. Over-Fried perch, and watery, soggy mushrooms. Came here because friend wanted a burger. I wanted pizza across the street at Firehouse Pizza. He agreed he should have gotten a cheeseburger pizza at Firehouse. Came on a Monday when supposed to be closed but they had a party in the back room so they were serving others. As soon as party started to leave we were given our tab without asking if we wanted anything else. Had better food at fast food restaurant; DQ has better fried mushrooms and BK better fish. Just sad and embarrassing that someone would own a restaurant and serve that. I would assume they sustain on liquor sales.

Owner/bartender didn't greet us. He set the tone for our experience. The bar is very clean and food is good. I recommend he find staff that aren't burned out that can bring in customers and positive energy to the place.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Stopped by this place with my family - group of 10 - because it looked like a nice spot to grab lunch on a snowy day. Place was empty so we thought we hit the jackpot with our large group BUT now I know why it was empty. The bartender was a complete jerk and told us "it was like pulling teeth to get our drink order". Yes, you know who you are Mr. Snide bartender and you most certainly should remember us. We were that potential $300 tab you coaxed out of your establishment last weekend! It's a group of 10 you idiot and guess what, last time I checked, when you have zero other customers we shouldn't be hurried! If I was starving for crappy service and needed a poorly drawn draft beer with 5" of head then I would have been in paradise. He proceeded to inquire if we wanted food - that's laughable!

Awful. Just awful. First, rude bartender who acted as if we were wasting his time by putting in a food order. Next up, food. Even worse than the service. Got the fish sandwich which was raw, cold and mushy. Sick! Had to spit it out in my napkin it was that bad. My boyfriend's brat sandwich was equally terrible in taste and had in contrast been burnt. To top it all off, once we got the check it was another 15 mins before we were helped to get change. We were even sitting at the bar, so not sure what the hold up was. In short, I know that Sheboygan Falls doesn't have a lot to offer, but don't waste your time here.

I didnt even know they had a website! If for some ungodly reason you are ever in Sheboygan, Kohler, Sheboygan Falls, or anywhere in the area this is the place you want to go for lunch, dinner, or just a good social time out. Its not a club, so don't expect to dance to Abba or "Fishin' in the dark", although it is on the jukebox, nor is it a strip club (sorry Fondy natives, i know you were thinking this was about YOUR "other place...here's a review of that one: crappy. too much for beer, spend that over-charging booze money on quality strippers under 35 next time). The food here is cheap and made by good people who put some quality time and love into it. Its really good eats. The beer and booze is cheap, there's enough tv's and room around the bar - its a very long bar -plus they hire really cute bartenders, enough to make sure everyone at this long bar are doing a ok. There's a side room for more space to chill and eat dinner if you'd like, the lighting in their is excellent, a back room for parties, fundraisers, get togethers, bands, etc., and enough games around with my high score to keep you busy from all the happy drunks who may try to bore you to death with their stories. The Other Place is always my first stop when i'm in the area....make it yours too.
